What happens after you submit

  1. Your request lands with our front desk during opening hours.
  2. We call or email you back — usually within one business day — with a couple of times that fit.
  3. Once a time is agreed, you get a confirmation and a short note on what to expect.
  4. A reminder goes out the day before, so the appointment does not creep up on you.
