What we do

Complete care for growing smiles

Everything your child’s teeth need from the first tooth through the teen years — all under one friendly roof.

First Visit (ages 1+)

A gentle “happy visit” to count teeth, meet the team, and help your little one feel right at home — recommended around their first birthday.

Cleanings & Sealants

Kid-paced cleanings, fluoride, and protective sealants that help guard those grooves where cavities love to hide.

Cavity Care

Tooth-colored fillings and gentle restorations, explained in kid-friendly words, with plenty of breaks if they need them.

Gentle Sedation Options

For anxious kids or longer treatments, we offer comfort options like laughing gas, always discussed thoroughly with you first.

Dental Emergencies

Knocked-out tooth, swelling, or a bad toothache? Call us — we keep room in the schedule to see urgent cases the same day.

Special Needs Care

Patient, individualized visits for kids of all abilities, with extra time, predictable routines, and a calm, accommodating team.

What to expect

A first visit built to calm the nerves

If your child is nervous — or honestly, if you are — that’s completely normal. Our whole approach is designed to lower the temperature in the room. No surprises, no rushing, and no scary words. Here’s how a typical first visit flows.

Book a gentle first visit
  1. A warm welcome

No clipboards-and-silence here. We greet your child by name, show them around, and let them get comfy before anything begins.

  2. Tell-show-do, every time

We explain each step in kid-words, show the tools (the “tooth tickler,” the “water squirter”), then do it — only when they’re ready.

  3. You stay close

Parents are welcome right in the room. We’ll point out what we see and answer every question, so you leave knowing exactly where things stand.

  4. High-fives & a plan

We celebrate the win, send you home with simple next steps, and make sure brushing at home feels doable — not like a battle.

Questions parents ask us

When should my child first see a dentist?
A good rule of thumb is by their first birthday, or within six months of that first tooth poking through. Early “happy visits” are short and gentle — mostly about getting comfortable and catching anything small before it grows.
Are dental x-rays safe for kids?
Modern pediatric x-rays use very low doses of radiation, and we only take them when there’s a clear reason — like checking between teeth or watching how adult teeth are developing. We use protective shielding and always talk you through why an image is needed.
Do you take our insurance?
We work with many common dental plans and are happy to help you understand your coverage before treatment. Bring your insurance details to your first visit (or share them when you book) and our front-desk team will walk you through estimated costs and any out-of-pocket amounts.
What if my child is scared of the dentist?
That’s completely normal, and we plan for it. We move at your child’s pace using a tell-show-do approach, keep parents in the room, and never force a treatment in a single visit. For many anxious kids, a few low-pressure visits build all the confidence they need.
Is sedation safe for children?
When it’s appropriate, options like nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) are widely used and wear off quickly. We only recommend comfort or sedation options after reviewing your child’s health history with you, and we explain the what, why, and how before anything is decided together.
